Returns
We accept returns only if:

Return Request Time
Customers must contact us within:

with clear photos/videos of the issue.

- Sale items
- Used products
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed through:

- Original payment method
Refund processing time:

Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for:
- Damaged items
- Incorrect products received
Return Shipping
If the mistake is from our side, Noorartcraft will cover return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.
